BLUE HAWAII (CA, Arbatus Records)

Blue Hawaii (dj set), heading from Montreal, is Alex "Agor" Cowan. Blue Hawaii (live) has been part of the Dot to Dot Festivals in the UK and Nuits Botanique in 2013. They are signed on Arbatus Records, label of Grimes, Braids, Doldrums.

CRAFT SPELLS (US, Captured Tracks)

Craft Spells will bring their fresh synth-pop touch to the line-up. Signed on Captured Tracks (DIIV, Mac Demarco, Beach Fossils), they developed a stong fan base all around the world. After a dormant period following the release of the Gallery EP in 2012, Craft Spells’ and their lead singer Justin Vallesteros is back with the gorgeously ambitious Nausea. It’s Craft Spells’ second proper full length LP, and first since 2010′s critically acclaimed Idle Labor. Their songs “Party talk” and “Scandinavian crush” got acclaimed by the music press.

DJ PAYPAL (US, LuckyMe)

DJ PAYPAL, heading from North Carolina (but based in Berlin) and Machinedrum protégée is affiliated to LuckyMe (Rustie, Cashmere Cat, Baauer, Lunice). He will definitely shake your brain. His fine blend of j-pop, juke, slow jams, Miami bass, and 90s disco house has appeared on labels such as Interscape and Sewage Tapes, while his sneaky edits and cheerful remixes are all over the Internet, creating a kind of Paypal mythology that is both revealing and confounding at the same time. In an age that is obsessed with recession, credit crunch, and austerity, DJ Paypal and his Mall Music family suggest looking at things from a different angle: try easing up on the rampant consumerism, and instead get on the dancefloor and find some satisfaction for free

ODESZA (US, Ninja Tune)

Odesza, stylized as ODESZA is an American electronic music duo from Seattle consisting of Harrison Mills and Clayton Knight. The group was formed in 2012 shortly before Mills and Knight graduated from Western Washington University. Their debut album, "Summer's Gone", was released in 2012 to much acclaim in the underground electronic music community. Following "Summer's Gone", ODESZA released their first EP in 2013 entitled, "My Friends Never Die". Their brand new album "In Return" gonna be release on September 9th.

SLOW MAGIC (US)

A DIY project with worldwide scope, Slow Magic is universal and inclusive. It’s cosmic electronic music culled from the ether, yet crafted with human hands. It’s joyous, escapist, multi-disciplinary art that mixes transcendent performance with the nostalgic intimacy of two teenagers staying up too late on the phone.

After the release of 2012’s beloved and critically-acclaimed Triangle, Slow Magic became an international movement after touring with artists like Gold Panda and XXYYXX. Crowds found a masked man in their midst, bathed in fantastic light, with electronic triggers and a drum. The future-primitive combination infused the project’s electronic compositions with new life.

How To Run Away, Slow Magic’s debut with Downtown Records, reflects this growth, oozing both otherworldly beauty and a mastery of production. Lead single “Girls” is deconstructionist house with an organic pulse and collaged, handcrafted samples. “Hold Still” sculpts elastic organs and jazz piano into an emotionally-pummeling finale, while the melancholy “Let U Go” merges watery dub with spectral piano and “Closer” plays like a ‘90s R&B fever dream.

Slow Magic is music by your imaginary friend.

YUNG GUD (SE, Sad Boys)

Yung Gud is the man behind Yung Lean's music. Many songs have play counts in the hundreds of thousands, and his latest collaboration with Yung Lean, the swirling, trap-inflected “Kyoto,” has over a million plays on SoundCloud. With over 35,000 SoundCloud followers of his own, it’s fair to say that Gud is the architect behind the best of the Sad Boys’ sonic aesthetic.
